SHIPPING TIMES

The delivery of products purchased on www.ermannoscervino.com takes place on average within 5 working days from the order to Italy and the EU and within 8 days to all other destinations.

Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

For orders paid by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for routine administrative checks.

For customs clearance of your order in the United States, and in compliance with local regulations, you may be asked to provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), as well as to sign a Power of Attorney document required for the import procedure. Please note that no additional costs will be applied.
