SHIPPING TIMES
The delivery of products purchased on www.ermannoscervino.com takes place on average within 5 working days from the order to Italy and the EU and within 8 days to all other destinations.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
For orders paid by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for routine administrative checks.
Shipments to the Middle East – Update
Please be informed that, following the closure of certain logistics networks in the Middle East region, pickup and delivery times for the following countries cannot currently be guaranteed: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, and Qatar.
