Crafted from the collection's exclusive denim, the fabric undergoes an initial wash to soften its hand, even out the colour and prepare it for the next stage of processing. Once the cap is fully assembled, a second wash creates warm faded highlights with subtle yellow undertones, achieving a naturally worn appearance. This finishing process enhances the stitching, visor profile and construction details, adding depth and character to the design.
