SHIPPING TIMES

All of our orders are packed and shipped from Italy. To be sure that you get your items by 25 December, please note the following cutoff dates:

ITALY: all orders with destination north/central Italy must be placed by December 19th to guarantee delivery by Christmas. For the south/islands of Italy, all orders must be placed by December 18th.

EUROPE: with Standard shipping all orders must be placed by December 18th to ensure delivery by Christmas. With Express shipping all orders must by placed by December 19th.

EXTRA EU / UK: with Standard shipping all orders must be placed by December 17th to ensure delivery by Christmas. With Express shipping all orders must by placed by December 19th.

 

The delivery of products purchased on www.ermannoscervino.com takes place on average within 5 working days from the order to Italy and the EU and within 8 days to all other destinations.

Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

For orders paid by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for routine administrative checks.
